PROPERTY SALES CONSULTANT (JUNIOR / SENIOR)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to sales inquiries, including call-in and walk in customers, by providing relevant information about the product and the project with the objective to achieve sales target.
  • To execute marketing strategies to achieve sales target set by the Company
  • Organise and participate in property launches or exhibitions and sales office duties.
  • To prepare sales kit & marketing collaterals
  • Build and maintain good relationship with potential customers aimed to increase customer base and loyalty.
  • To achieve sales target
  • Attend to customer complaints and liaise with the respective departments to resolve problems or complaints if any.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, it is a basic + commission-based position.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, while an excellent command of English is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, results oriented, a team player and able to work independently.
  • Must work during weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Possess own transportation
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for Senior position.

You will be remunerated with good salary & income based on your effort:-

  • Basic Salary up to RM 3,500
  • Commission up to to RM54,000 per unit
  • Incentive trips
  • Extra Commission if achieved Monthly Sales Target
  • Attractive rewards (Premium Watch, Ipad, Macbook, Iphone, Luxury bags & etc)
