3rd June 2022, Friday – Malaysia celebrated the Dragon Boat festival where they eat rice dumplings as a celebration of the commemorates death of Qu Yuan a Chinese poet and a minister known for his patriotic spirit.
The CK East team took this chance by sharing the celebration with our One East buyer by delivering some rice dumplings to them. The buyers were very grateful to receive our small appreciation and sharing at the Dragon Boat Festival. Eating rice dumplings on this occasion in a traditional way as the rice wrapped inside bamboo leaves and tied with a string is one of the traditions that have been kept for a long time.
